Item Description
5.25x13.25x1.75" deep cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains Aurora Kit No. 486-98. ©1966 NPP, Inc. First US issue. Box is purple background version w/art of Batmobile, Batman and Robin slightly different from later issues (see following lot). Box remains tightly factory sealed w/original cellophane wrap. One .25" edge tear to cello on bottom of one corner. Box is Exc. Factory sealed w/unused contents. First issue model kit is scarcer than second issue kit.
