Item Description
16.5x23" artboard features watercolor and mixed media specialty original art of popular Marvel assassin Elektra Natchios. Art is by comic book artist Dan Brereton, noted for his skills as a painter and his distinctive character designs, working on DC comics as well as his most famous work, his own series The Nocturnals. Art depicts Elektra from the knees up in her classic red costume, a sword and one of her trademark sai weapons in her hands. Roses and ninja throwing stars surround her head. Brereton has signed at lower right and added "1991" date at lower left. Pin holes at corners and tape residue/lifts to margins as taped off. Main image area display Exc. and would make for amazing framed display.
