Item Description
When the hand-inked, hand-painted production cels from Yellow Submarine were originally released for sale to the public in 1970, they were sold in toy stores, w/cels randomly combined and matted as seen w/the example offered here. Cel setup features 1-1/8x1-7/8" full figure image of Ringo Star that is dwarfed by large 5x6-3/8" image of The Dreadful Flying Glove, whose anthropomorphic features include mouth, which has the word "Nothing" clenched between its teeth. Glove cel has "Love II" notation at bottom margin and both cels have been stapled to 13x16.5" backing board w/accompanying matte (which has crease at top left). Would make for an Exc. framed display. Comes with COA.
