Single sided proof sheet has date stamp, register marks, color bars, printer label, foldlines and crop marks. Flat and untrimmed box lid on thin cardboard stock. Side panel shows figures including rare "Vlix". Clean overall. Exc. Rare pre-production piece from the printer.
