Item Description
Original domestic release 27-1/8x41" poster No. 77/21. Due to the immense popularity of this movie, there were four different printings of this Style A one-sheet poster. This is a third printing domestic release poster, which has "Star Wars" printed below the NSS number (the first two printings did not). PG rating notice present. Soundtrack is mentioned in relatively small print but not the later edition produced for record stores. Poster has the appropriate NSS exhibition notice, a sharp and clear GAU and the 1977 copyright is correctly indented. No stray black lines near Luke Skywalker's belt. ©1977 20th Century Fox Film Corp. Great art by Tom Jung, featuring more preliminary design of C-3PO. These posters were released w/some folded and some rolled. Poster we are offering has three horizontal folds as issued w/pinch creases along fold lines and some scattered aging. VF.
