11.25x17.25" embossed gold foil accented folder contains seven 11x17" cardstock pages reprinting Larry Ivie's "Werewolf" story as well as "Creepy's Loathsome Lore" single page story (which was exclusive to this edition), sumptuously illustrated by Frazetta. Issued as a "Deluxe Signed Limited Edition" of 250 in 2006, inside front of folder has hand-inked "246" edition number. Inside back of folder has been signed in pencil by Frazetta with "Certified & Authorized By Frank & Ellie Frazetta" imprint. Exc. Comes w/Frazetta COA w/matching edition number, signed by Frank's son Frank Frazetta, Jr.
