Item Description
Large 12x13.75" vinyl-covered three-ring binder features full panel molded Vacuform plastic cover that was attached to binder and was designed to look like castle door, complete w/monstrous green hand reaching around its edge. Printed "Gland Hand" name as this was part of Mattel's 1967 "RingeRoo Giant 3-D Binders" series, this being No. 5075. This was the only year these were produced by Mattel. Spine has repeated "Gland Hand" name as well as Mattel and "RingeRoo" logos. This obscure 1960s monster item was produced in a larger, more "monstrous" size than Mattel's standard binders that were 10.5s11.75". Scattered color rubs to raised areas including edges, corners and "Gland Hand" itself, monster has denting to one knuckle be remains free of any cracks. Binder shows some lt. wear from use to interior but is free of any splits to vinyl. Fine overall. Very rare and the first example we have ever offered.
