Item Description
Elmer Plummer (1910-1987) was friends w/Walt Disney, working at Disney Studios producing art and many of the gag ideas for Goofy cartoons. He also contributed art to films like "Fantasia, Dumbo" and "The Three Caballeros." 16.75x19.5" frame contains black art paper w/pastel original art showing dancing mushrooms from the "Chinese Dance" sequence of the "Nutcracker Suite," one of the highlights of 1940's "Fantasia." Art has been professionally double-matted to 8x11" and shows seven mushrooms of varying sizes performing a frenzied spinning dance. Exc. as framed and ready for display.
