Item Description
1992 Hasbro. 2" tall wax sculpt with plastic neck piece prototype 2 up "Mutt" (v3) head. This headsculpt of the figure is from series 11. A unique and rare 2 up G.I. Joe prototype and displays Exc. as produced in the creative process. Brim of hat is not intact on sculpt, most likely detached during casting process.
