Item Description
Lot of three die-cut cardboard display pieces to promote 1946 Post's premium (see previous item #2155). Displays measure between 11.25x15.25" and 14.5x17". 7919 B design features human cannonball flying through the air at top, holding premium book w/additional giraffe and image of children appealing to their mother for the book along sides. 7919 C design features lion and clown at top holding premium book that he is pictured on w/additional clown and monkey images along sides. 7919 D design features circus barker at top wearing sandwich board and ringing bell, all while pointing to large premium book being held by the clown that is pictured on the cover. Additional image of boy on ladder along right side. Centers have illustrated assembly instructions and "Post's Grape-Nuts Flakes/Raisin Bran/40% Bran Flakes Display" names. Some lt. scattered aging/wear but unassembled and VF/Exc. overall. Scarce displays. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold and comes with LOA.
