Pair of items issued for the Oct. 31 to Nov. 1, 1969 Quaker City Rock Festival at The Spectrum in Philadelphia, PA featuring Janis Joplin, B.B. King, Joe Cocker, Santana, Canned Heat, The Youngbloods and Chicago. 6.75x7.25" single-sided handbill features outline image of woman flashing peace symbols w/starry sky bkg. Yellow marker has been added around text and imagery. Two horizontal folds w/squares of tape staining at corners from tape once placed on back. VG overall, but a rare handbill. Comes w/8x10-7/8" newsprint concert program featuring Spencer Zahn and Brent Beck cover design (w/additional images by R. Crumb) including photo of Oscar Mayer Wienermobile on back (which has some inking at bottom). Three-color program features photos of acts w/some neat designs. Scattered handling wear/aging. Fine overall.
