Item Description
Pair of approx. 11.5" tall wooden and cardboard action toys. 1940s. English toy featuring die-cut cardboard figures of John Bull and Hitler that when operated caused jointed figures to bend as if Hitler is kissing Bull's boots. Cardboard is evenly aged w/crease at Bull's neck and ankles and heavy crease that breaks surface paper at Hitler's waist. Second toy features jointed cardboard trapeze figure of Hitler w/rope around his neck. Metal rivets holding pieces together have some oxidation and figure shows some lt. wear.
