Item Description
Lot of four 3-7/8x9.5" unused proof cigarette pack flats intended to be handed out as samples if they were ever produced. 1980s. Flats are marked "Sample" across barcode and "Prototype Pack - International Camel Contest." Traditional Camel design on front w/cartoon camels wearing outfits of DC Comics characters - Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash and Aquaman - standing in front of a version of the Hall of Justice, which is marked "Hall Of The R.J.R." which references the R.J. Reynolds Tobacco company, maker of Camel cigarettes. These packs were ultimately never produced. NM. First we've seen.
