Item Description
Pair of boxed puzzles by Jaymar Specialty Co., who also produced these puzzles (as well as Frankenstein and Wolf Man) in two different box varieties and as a frame tray puzzle for each. ©1963 Universal Pictures Co., Inc. "Dracula" puzzle comes in 8x9.5x2" deep box and completed puzzle measures 15x20". Puzzle shows Dracula holding female victim in his arms as Frankenstein lays in coffin. A werewolf-like dog rushes in as ghoul cowers at corner. Box shows wear w/one corner split to lid, but remains sealed along edge label. VG. Puzzle is complete and Exc. "Mummy" puzzle comes in 6.75x9.75x1.75" deep box and complete puzzle measures 10x14". Puzzles show Mummy carrying wrapped victim into tomb as skeletal ghoul climbs out of coffin. Puzzle pieces show some lt. wear and puzzle is Exc. overall. Box shows some scattered edge/corner tip wear. Fine/VF.
