"Gold Tost Corn Flakes" are advertised w/"Popeye Talking Snapper" premium and two-page spread shows Popeye setting up various store displays of IGA products as well as various Popeye posters and pennants. Back cover features image of Popeye at "IGA" ship's wheel and text reading "With Popeye At The Wheel IGA Retailers Have Full Steam Ahead For Greater Sales And More Profits.
