1992 Hasbro. 2" tall wax sculpt with plastic neck piece prototype 2 up "Head Hunter" head. Small blemish on back of head from production and a tiny nick on back of hat. This headsculpt of the figure is from the series 12 "Drug Elimination Force". A unique and rare 2 up G.I. Joe prototype and displays Exc. as produced in the creative process.
