Item Description
Base has adjustable bands and each side panel has a swirl design with five tiny accent dots. Base once had thin brass flashing but that wore off with about 20% remaining so base is mostly silver color. The circular ring top has full brass luster with black text and image of a pirate in hat accent by skull and crossbones logo. Ring top displays Mint. Scarce.
