This has a number on period pins inserted into it, including two longer pins w/paper American flags attached to them. Raised hand has crack at wrist and scattered paint nicks/chips. Good/VG. Other does not have cork insert, instead having painted bullseye target. Paint wear to nose and chin w/.25" chip to tip of raised hand, Scattered paint nick/chips. VG. Comes w/7" long painted plaster ashtray w/recessed area in Hitler's mouth for ashes or to stub out cigarette/cigar. Bassons Dummy Products, 1943. Part of a series that included Mussolini and Tojo. Underside has Bassons paper label referring to ashtray set as "The Jack-Axis" w/"They're Mostly Mouth We All Agree - The Men We Call The Axis Three - Here's A Likeness Of Their Face - Dump Your Refuse In The Proper Place" text.
