Box comes w/original cardboard insert and has some lt. handling wear and is Fine/VF overall. Tin litho includes tricycle body, wheels and revolving bell, which features images of two other Nutty Mad characters w/hand clutching bloody knife. Tricycle's head tube is also nicely illustrated, as is groaning face is trying to lift front wheel. Rider is all celluloid, jointed at shoulders. Toy works and travels in circle as bell rings. Exc. Old store stock. Scarce as boxed. See other Nutty Mad, Rat Fink and related items #2118-2120.
