17" square. At center is image of "Flagship Connecticut" w/image of "Rear Admiral R. D. Evans" below and "President Theodore Roosevelt" above. Text at left and right reads "California's Welcome To The Fleet/Souvenir San Francisco May, 1908." Edges are mounted to board on reverse and a faint damp stain in the field right of the central graphic. Fine displaying VF. Image of TR is striking and beautifully flanked by American flags. Scarce.
