Item Description
Original cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains 8.5" long tin litho and plastic gun made in Japan, marked w/"N" mark on bottom of grip. 1960s. Box lid has moderate creasing and even aging w/1.25" tear to side panel. Fine. Gun  uses same mold as "Astro Ray Gun" (see item #2378) and features translucent barrel and has "Universe Gun" name across top w/great futuristic graphics including ringed planet. Gun is friction powered and produces siren and clicking noises when trigger is pulled. No sparks. Gun has some trace wear in the form of tiny paint nicks but still displays Exc. Rare as boxed.
