Item Description
See previous item #1333. This is 1971 kit issued by E.C. fan Dave Gibson and is a facsimile of the 1953 kit, down to the color of the paper used for the newsletters and the embroidered patch. The only item not duplicated was the bronze pin; a 2.5" dia. sticker featuring the patch design in bw was included in its stead. Each piece bears a new copyright notice. Only a few hundred of these kits were made, being sold through the mail or at conventions. Envelope (noting "This Is The Only Duplicate EC Fan Addict Kit") shows wear w/corner crease, and sticker has some scattered aging. Fine. All else is NM.
