15x24.25x5" deep box contains largely complete set #3754R, Series 750 playset. c. 1958. Box has moderate overall aging/wear w/a few creases, some lt. staining. Box remains tight. Box is VG overall. Has complete set of character figures including Zorro and his horse Tornado, Don Diego, Don Alejandro, Bernardo, El Commandante, Sgt. Garcia. There are 22 of 24 Round Hat Mexican figures in powder blue and three of seven saddled horses. Figures partially painted but paint is chipping off. Zorro's sword and a few others have some minor chew marks. Missing pieces include the ten cannon shells, pump, anvil, grinding wheel and stump with axe. Included pieces are the Zorro "Z" flag, flag pole (broken peg) and base, hitching post, rain barrel, a large single trunk palm tree, a large double trunk palm tree, four small double trunk palm trees, four fern bases, three partial ferns, one large palm tree leaves, two partial medium palm tree leaves, two partial small palm tree leaves, four-piece covered well, forge, and log pile. Vacuformed plastic cave present w/some cracks. The mostly tin litho building is complete, including six wall sections, front gate w/separate doors and hard plastic roof and balcony sections. The building has some lt. wear and is Exc. Other tin parts have scattered traces of wear. Figures and plastic accessories have scattered trace of wear and aging, some dust soiling. A very nice starter set, ready to be completed. Contents are largely VG/Fine.
