Item Description
17.5x22.25" on thin textured paper. c. 1970. Features a large illustration of  "John" Clutchette, "George" Jackson and "Fleeta" Drumgoole. The 'brothers' were charged w/first degree murder of prison officer John V. Mills. Many notable cultural and civil rights figures came to their aid including Julian Bond, Allen Ginsburg, Benjamin Spock, Angela Davis and more. Light crease at top center about 6" long and an area 2.5x3" of extremely faint toning at the lower right edge of the image that blends evenly w/the black printing. Extremely Fine. First we've seen.
