Item Description
From same Fantagraphics Books series as previous item #1686. This is Book 4, first edition published in 1990. Book collects all seven chapters of Stan Sakai's "The Dragon Bellow Conspiracy" story as well a color section at the end. Inside front cover has bookplate that has been hand-numbered noting this as 841 of 1,500 copies in a special signed and numbered edition. Author and artist Stan Sakai has signed bookplate in black felt tip pen and has added great sketch of his rabbit ronin character Usagi Yojimbo standing in field w/sword drawn as dragonflies buzz about. NM. Many volumes of this series of hardcovers have since gone out of print and as such have become very desirable. See "Usagi Yojimbo" comic book collection #1638.
