Item Description
This 1.25" button is the same example we offered back in Auction #194 and it is the only example we know of. The button is 1.25" w/no maker name and w/no back paper, likely as issued. Very possibly from 1939 serving as a promotional tie-in for her movie The Little Princess. Movie press books of the era often suggested contests that local theater owners could sponsor to boost attendance and we suspect that is the origin of this button. NM displaying Mint. The button realized close to $400 back in Auction #194.
