Item Description
1940's issue by Chicle Products Co. Display box is 6.5x8x.5" deep and originally contained 20 5¢ packs of gum. Lid and box bottom both feature gum text on all side panels. Has 5.5x6" cardboard sign that was originally attached to inside edge by staples but is now loose. This note pictures were free w/pack purchase. Back of sign and inside bottom surface of box have some inking. Clear tape on box corners and original tape strips/stains on box edges. Fine. Comes w/15 different 5x7" glossy pictures w/tinted photos, star's name and movie studio. These include - Mickey Rooney, Frank Sinatra, Veronica Lake, Betty Grable, Rita Hayworth, Lauren Bacall, Ginger Rogers, Barbara Stanwyck, Bob Hope, Walter Pidgeon, Alexis Smith, Carole Landis, Van Johnson, Paulette Goddard and William Bendix. All are NM/Mint. Box/sign are rare.
