Item Description
This rare 1960s all rubber ring with solid band has high relief skull on top to be used with ink pad. Outer surface of band reads "Phantom" and each side of ring has symbolic horizontal zig-zag line. Top image never had ink applied and ring is NM. Listed in Hake Character Toys #5 as PHN-25 with $1,000 NM value. Only second we've seen. Rare.
