Item Description
Six 9.75x13.75" uncut newsprint sheets consist of full set of 24 "cards," four to a sheet. Issued by "Philadelphia Inquirer" newspaper, set featured the 1950 "Fightin' Phillies" and includes HOF players Richie Ashburn and Robin Evan Roberts among others (full list online). While cards are uncut, the full sheets were neatly trimmed from the larger newspaper sheets and have sharp margins w/just some lt. wear. Evenly aged as printed on newsprint, bottom right of each has faint streak of moisture staining. Exc. overall. Comes w/8.75x11-3/8" premium team photo from same season as a bonus.
