Item Description
8.5x14" thin Image Comics artboard has pen and ink original art for page 17 of Feb. 2010 issue of "The Walking Dead." Page features five panels, showing Rick Grimes seated in kitchen as Olivia cuts his hair. They discuss the "Safe-Zone" of Alexandria and how it came to be, Olivia mentioning the solar power grid, stating it doesn't work like it's supposed to. Despite this, Rick is still impressed. Rick is featured in three panels, Olivia in three (and is barely seen in a fourth). Art was for "Life Among Them" storyline written by Robert Kirkman w/art by popular "The Walking Dead" artist Charlie Adlard and inks by Cliff Rathburn. Handwritten title at top along w/handwritten issue/page number in black ink. Exc. Pivotal scene in important storyline that had major ramifications in both the comic book and the popular AMC TV series. See Walking Dead comics #1439-1461.
