Pair of comic books adapting popular TV Westerns that were signed by members of the shows' cast. "Gunsmoke" #16 (Aug./Sept. 1959) was published by Dell and front cover (featuring photo cover of James Arness) has been signed in brown felt tip pen "Jim Arness" and Arness has added "'Matt'" character name. Pinch creases to spine and even aging. Fine/VF. Signature is Exc. "The Rifleman" #19 (July 1964) was published by Gold Key and front cover features photo cover of Chuck Connors, who has signed in black felt tip pen. Inset photo image at upper right of Johnny Crawford, who has signed in silver paint pen. Pinch creases to spine and scattered handling wear/aging. Fine overall w/Exc. signatures. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA COAs.
