Item Description
First is 2-1/8” tall in brass with name of maker Davison, Phila. on reverse. Hanger is eagle atop knapsack with crossed bayonetted rifles suspending rectangular piece designed as a stockade with center scene of a prisoner being attacked by a guard dog with text below “Death Before Dishonor.” Exc. luster. Next is 3.75” tall with “Indianapolis” hanger holding silver on dark blue ribbon “Nat’l Ass’n Union Ex-Prisoners Of War” joined to metal hanger “55th National Encampment 1921” which in turn holds a medallion showing replica scene of the first item in this lot and with tiny text repeating the words that appear on the blue ribbon.
