5.75x7.5x15" box w/upper flap contains "City Commander" Galvatron Decepticon. ©1986 Hasbro. Heavy aging/wear. Crease across back of flap. Moisture damage and warping. Staining across bottom panel. Scattered dots of surface paper loss across front panel. Paper loss at upper right from price sticker removal. Two small edge tears at top of window and die-cut cardboard is splitting. Three 1" long pieces of clear tape on top flap in front and two pieces on back panel. Tape doesn't appear to be repairing anything. Fair. Contents sealed in blister. Insert Good. Contents NM as sealed in blister.
