1.5” dia Kenner (1990s) aluminum coin group of forty-four restrike coins each featuring name and image of the character on the front and a short description on the back. All of these coins were from the Osbourne coinage and were produced post vintage era by an employee selling them directly to the collector market. These coins are not the correct gauge as the vintage coins. They are thicker, have higher and rougher rims. That being said they were produced by the same company as the vintage era coins and likely struck from the same dies. Included are the following Power of the Force coins: AT-AT, AT-ST Driver, Bib Fortuna, Chewbacca, Creatures, Emperor, Emperor’s Royal Guard, Gamorrean Guard, Han Solo Rebel (trench coat), Han Solo Rebel Fighter, Hoth Stormtrooper, Logray, Luke Skywalker Jedi, Luke Skywalker Jedi Knight, Lumat, Millenium Falcon, Princess Leia Rebel Leader, TIE Fighter Pilot, Too-OneBee, Wicket, and Zuckuss. There are also the nine alternate back Power of the Force coins. These coins all had a Star Wars logo on the back during the vintage production. These were switched to have a Power of the Force logo and are referred to as the nice alt backs. Included are A-Wing Pilot, Amanaman, C-3PO, EV-9D9, Jawas, Luke Skywalker Rebel Leader, R2-D2, Warok, and Yoda. The following un-anodized (silver) Droids coins are included: C-3PO (animated), Jord Dusat, Kez Iban (with dash), Kea Moll, R2-D2, Thall Joben, Uncle Gundy. As well as the following unproduced Droids coins Governor Koong, Jessica Meade, Kleb Zellock, Mungo Baobab, and Vlix (Villain).
