This page has text from President Ronald Reagan speech telling of the disappearance of the world's superheroes, all leading into Marvel's Secret Wars event. Arguably the best page in the issue, but does not include Rom. Back has Marvel Comics copyright inkstamp. Top margin has been unevenly trimmed and two clipped corners.
