Blister card contains 3.75" tall action figure of Snake Eyes (Secret Service); swivel arm. Black color variety (also produced in blue). Egyptian company Nilco released a series of 19 G.I. Joe figures on English language cards in 1991. The figures were produced and exported by Indian company Funskool, who acquired molds from Hasbro to produce their own "G.I. Joe: International Heroes" figures. As produced and manufactured by Funskool, many figures have minor variations from their American counterparts. This is especially evident w/coloring and weapons/accessories. Some variations are as simple as a different upper/lower arm. Snake Eyes offered here was issued w/AK-47 instead of his trademark Uzi. Blue file card. Card has been punched. Blister has dent to upper right corner edge. AFA subgrades are as follows - C80 B75 F85. At time of cataloging, only 10 examples in total have been graded by AFA according to current AFA Population Report, w/only four examples in an AFA 80 grade (none higher).
