11x17" DC Comics artboard has pencil original art by Lee Moder w/inks by Brad Vancata (w/screentone accents) for story page 19 for L.E.G.I.O.N. #38, published by DC Comics April 1992. Page features four panels, w/last panel being pasted stat. Rest of page shows the L.E.G.I.O.N. - Garv, Strata, Captain Comet, Stealth and Telepath - battling troops. Captions and word balloons are pasted stats. First and second panels have aged screentone accents. First panel has some white tape along top and at right margin. Lower right margin has handwritten editorial notation, partially obscured by last panel stat. Top margin has stamped/inked title as well as inked issue/page numbers. Back has DC Comics copyright inkstamp. Artboard has some scattered margin aging, but art remains clean and VF/Exc.
