Back of sheet has printed copy of the iconic cover to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #1. Letter is undated, but can be roughly dated to around March 1985 as letter mentions three enclosed copies of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #3 (see following three lots #13-15), which Eastman notes "Why Are These Special? Well Because We Pushed The Printer Into Giving Us Three-Hundred Books Early, So We Could Have Some To Take To The New Hampshire Convention. I Mean, We Won't Even Be Shipping This Books For Another Three Weeks! I Want You To Get These As Soon As possible, Anything For Our Number #1 Fan!!", going on to boldly sign bottom. Letter has been folded as mailed and is o/w Exc. Lawrence Klein Collection.
