Pair of 11x17" DC Comics/Vertigo/WildStorm artboard were joined together at center for overall size of 17x21.5" Left artboard has had right margin trimmed while right artboard has had left margin trimmed. Artboards feature pencil original art by Joe Prado w/inks by Dick Giordano (1932-2010) for story pages 14-15 for Birds Of Prey #95, published by DC Comics Aug. 2006. Double-page spread features seven panels, showing Birds of Prey members Huntress and Jade Canary (aka Lady Shiva) facing off against the villain Prometheus. Large, central splash panel shows Jade Canary landing devastating strike on Prometheus, shattering his helmet. Top margin of each artboard has inked title, issue/pages numbers as well as artist signatures. Back of each artboard has DC Comics copyright inkstamp, w/right artboard having Prado's signature and "04-30-06" date. Artboards were connected at center w/strip of masking tape on back, this has since dried and loosened; w/the two artboards now being separated. Fronts have aging where connected, but o/w art remains clean and VF overall. Would make for great framed display.
