Page features six panels, showing Blue Beetle (Ted Kord) arriving to scene of devastated building in The Bug, using his Sky-Wire to drop down before being attacked by Carapax in bottom half-page splash panel. Story page 15. Blue Beetle appears in every panel; Carapax only appears in last panel. All word balloons are pasted stats. Top margin has inked/penciled title and issue/page numbers. Bottom left has been signed in black ink by Heck, who added "'94" date. Signature is within last panel. Back has DC Comics copyright inkstamp. Top margin has been unevenly trimmed.
