Tin playing field has applied pieces of paper which have been hand-painted by Marx factory artist and shows image of Batman and Robin swinging through the sky on bat-ropes. Gotham City skyline and large moon behind them. Top has wheel design w/"Batman" comic book title logo at center and is surrounded by portrait of eight different criminals, including The Penguin in prison uniform. Two of the applied painted paper portraits have come loose from painted surface but remain at top area. Some of these applied papers have begun to peel due to glue aging. Bottom has five printed Joker faces. Marx "Sample" tag on tin back has handwritten "Y-1326 - Batman Bagatelle" text. 1966. Scattered wear/aging. Fine overall. This toy was ultimately unproduced.
