Item Description
11x13x24" tall cardboard box contains 22" tall hard plastic toy w/attached remote control battery box unit. 1960s. Box design includes leopard print detailing and images of Garloo in action on four side panels. Box is complete w/all cardboard inserts including one section w/matching cheetah print. White areas of box have lightly tanned, scattered trace of wear w/lt. creases, mostly along edges. Back panel has some small scattered moisture spots. Overall box remains quite clean for display, solid and tight condition. Fine. Toy features great design, Garloo wears a fabric loincloth. Works and remote is used to control three separate functions. It moves forward and backward, arms open and close, body moves up and down. Comes w/5.5x8" fully illustrated instruction folder. Text includes "This Is Garloo-Mighty, Unchained, Unconquerable Garloo. Yours To Command. Order And Garloo Obeys." Has lt. edge wear w/.25" tear on back, center has .5" dia. tan stain. Fine. Garloo's plastic necklace comes sealed in its original bag. Has the 5.5" dia. cardboard "Garloo Serving Tray." Even the small 2.75" square packing slip is included. As usual, the foam attachments on inside of Garloo's hands are entirely missing from one hand, remains largely intact on the other hand but flakes off if touched. Garloo shows only small scattered traces of lt. wear and aging. VF. The nicest and most complete example we've ever offered.
