The brass ring has adjustable bands and has wing and propeller design on the top surrounded by text "Capt. Franks Air Hawks." Ring bands have some tiny marks on the thin lower prongs but they still form a nice smooth opening for the finger and the ring top displays Exc. with much luster. The pin is a motor and propeller design with his raised portrait at center. Wing reads "Capt. Hawks Sky Patrol" and text surrounding his portrait has the club rank designation of "Flight Lieutenant." About a third of the silver flashing is off but still in Fine condition. Other wings in this series were issued for the lower rank of Member and the higher rank of Captain. Pair.
