13.75x41.75” poster has been linen-mounted and rolled. Poster promotes Midwest regional magician from the 1920s and shows nice bw photo portrait of him at top of poster as well as inset scene showing “Stage Setting And Scenery.” Poster also shows 2 separate bw photos of Irving performing trick with top hat and scarf. In addition to this, “The Fish From Nowhere” and “Bessie The Magic Cow” acts are listed as well as “The Lady Cut Into 4 Parts” and “Oriental Mutilitating Casket.” Two separate Oriental fan images at bottom showing magic acts and nice illustration of magician with winged devil behind him appears above stage photo. Printed by Cross & Banta of Chicago. Blank marquee at bottom. Poster is aged and has numerous horizontal creases as rolled. If framed, would display VF.
