Item Description
2.75x6.25x2" tall w/cast iron body and nickel-plated grille, bumpers and undercarriage. Rubber tires w/wood hubs, spare tire on back has metal hub w/incised "C." 1930s marked on underside "2185." As listed in O'Brien's Collecting Toys 11th edition price guide, a similar version of this car exists although slightly larger 6.75" long and w/take-apart body which this particular model does not have. Tires have normal and typical aging o/w are quite nice and not flattened. Body of car has small scattered paint nicks but paint remains at about 97% w/bright and glossy finish. VF. Very nice example of this classic Hubley.
