Published By Parsons & Preston, No. 5 Pratt St." Numerous, but mostly tiny, crease lines that have ironed-out. Light tanning mostly on bottom and three scattered tiny tan age dots. No splits or holes. Overall Fine. A rare convention dated classic ribbon for Clay. Unlisted in Sullivan/Fischer and Hake.
