Classic lunchbox shows Superman fighting giant robot on front/back panels w/classic yellow Superman symbol, "Superman" comic book title and images on red band. Left side of band has slot for name and has "Superman's Friend Is ..." text. This area is unused. Rim edges show scattered wear w/streaks of bare metal showing. This is more noticeable on back side, which has several small hairline scratches on edges. Metal latch and handle attachments show some trace oxidation. Rest of box remains totally bright and glossy. Fine overall but still displays nicely. One of the most desirable character lunchboxes. Franco Toscanini Collection.
