Item Description
8-1/8x9.25" illustrated cardboard vending display card remains shrink-wrapped as issued w/three 1-5/8" tall plastic cups w/"Pressure Sensitive Decals That Can Be Used On The Container Provided.....Or Anywhere You Want!" These cups were sold in vending machines for 25¢ apiece. ©1978 Marvel Comics Group. Decals featured several different Marvel Comics characters including Spider-Man, Thor, The Fantastic Four, Spider-Woman, The Thing, Ms. Marvel, Incredible Hulk and Captain America. Cups issued w/display include Captain America, Spider-Woman and Fantastic Four decals. Captain America cup has .5x1.25" shard broken out of side (still in packaging) but this is only noticeable upon close inspection. VG overall, but decal is unaffected and other cups are NM as issued. Card features great images of Captain America, Thor, Hulk and Spider-Man and has noticeable warping due to tightness of shrink-wrap. Corners have staples and left/right margins have 2" gummed strips for attaching to interior of gumball machine. Fine overall. Neat vending display w/great graphics.
