Item Description
Thin art board has 14.15.25” India ink image area for Feb. issue. Uncle Elby has just chopped down tree which fell on Napoleon’s dog house. Elby says “Wonder What George Washington Would Do In A Situation Like This!” as Napoleon looks on angrily. Large word “Relax” is at bottom. Lower right corner has “S.A.D.” initials. Missing title logo. Infantile Paralysis sticker at upper left is tanned, image otherwise clean and Exc. Superb use of light and shadow by the longtime artist-editor.
