Item Description
14x20.5" flat date stamped 1964. Front panel features Toucan Sam wearing large fruit-covered straw hat and bowl of cereal. Inset circle notes "Free 3-D 'Animal Pin-Up' On Package Back!" and back has full panel featuring cut-out image of Leopard that was to be cut-out and assembled for a 3D effect. Flat is folded along center scored line and is an unused file copy, though flat has some moderate margin wear w/color rubs along fold line. Fine. Comes w/8.25x11.5" die-cut shelf talker sign featuring same image of Toucan Sam in fruit hat and bowl of cereal, margins of sign decorated w/individual images of Froot Loops cereal pieces. ©1963. Box at lower right for pricing remains unused and aside from some lt. scattered color rubs and corner tip wear at top, sign is unused and VF. Early pair as cereal was introduced in 1962.
